Milan, 3 December 2024 – ArKadia Group, an Italian company that has been providing multilingual services for over twenty years, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the German company ALinea, a major player in the financial translation sector. This acquisition is a strategic move aimed at strengthening ArKadia Group’s presence in a key market such as Germany, thus consolidating its position as a leader in the financial sector.
With this acquisition, ArKadia Group continues its internationalisation process, which began with the opening of its Brussels office in 2015.
This acquisition is an important signal in the multilingual services sector, which is undergoing significant changes. According to the latest data from Nimdzi on the performance of the sector, it is set to grow steadily, albeit moderately, over the next five years. The sector is benefiting from globalisation, expansion into international markets and a focus on linguistic inclusivity, while facing the challenge of technological innovation that is completely changing the way business is done.

The agreement, finalised on 6 November 2024, is a major transaction that further strengthens the internationalisation process of ArKadia Group. The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
During this phase, the two companies will continue to operate under their respective brands while integrating complementary resources, systems and expertise to maximise value for customers, partners and all stakeholders.
